Wellness at Work
I really enjoyed presenting workshops to bank employees as part of the Wellness week program. We covered a range of topics from sleep and adrenal dysfunction to neuroplasticity and mindfullness, and of course nutrition and exercise. The groups were well-motivated and asked some really insightful questions about soy intake, omega 3 and oxidation, how much sleep should we all be having and we debated the benefits of the Paleo diet.
